Subprocessors
The service providers that support the Block Mondo platform and how they process customer data.
Block Mondo Corporation Pty Ltd engages the third-party service providers listed below to deliver the Block Mondo platform. Each processes customer data only as required to provide its service to Block Mondo, under its own terms and data protection commitments. Block Mondo updates this list before a new subprocessor begins processing customer data.

AI processing
Requests to AI models are processed in the United States. Under the commercial terms of the AI model providers listed above, the content of requests is not used to train their models, and Block Mondo provides a model only with the information a request requires.
Block Mondo makes every reasonable effort to detect private or sensitive information before it is shared with an AI model. Automated detection is not guaranteed to identify all such information, so users should not enter private, sensitive, secret or regulated information into an AI feature unless their organisation has expressly permitted it.
